At Dancebox, you can come as you are. We believe dance is for everyone and everybody. This is a place where you can be yourself with no judgment. Our adult program is a community of dancers of all ages and skill levels that share a love of dance, from beginners to pros. We have real technique classes for adults - you can expect a full body warm-up and dynamic stretch, across-the-floor, barre, or center work (as applicable based on the style of class), and short combinations/choreography. Our adult classes are 60-75 minutes and focused on learning, growing, and moving. We cant wait to dance with you - welcome to the dance fam.
